Duplicate Existing Tickets for Faster Task Management

🆕 What Has Changed?

Maintenance, inspections, repairs, and other asset-related activities are now integrated into your Timly platform with the new ticket system. For recurring tasks, you can easily duplicate an existing ticket to copy its information and data, then edit as needed. To do this, go to "Tickets" in the menu on the left, navigate to the ticket you want to duplicate, and in the ticket record, click on the three dots at the top right and select "Clone Ticket."

Activities such as maintenance and inspections often recur, either for individual items or across your inventory. With the ability to duplicate tickets, you can quickly set up similar tasks, significantly saving time and reducing effort.
