Add Digital Signatures to Your Tickets

 

πŸ†• What Has Changed?

You can now add a digital signature to your tickets (formerly "activities"). This feature allows your team members assigned to a ticket to add their signature, to confirm that the work has been completed. Enable this feature in your Timly account by clicking on "Settings" in the left sidebar of your dashboard, "Ticket types", "Basic settings" and toggling the "Signature required" to "active".

We have integrated digital signature functionality into the tickets feature to provide you with even better asset management capabilities. This function allows for more interactive, secure, and efficient collaboration in your team. Also, if you have the Ticketing System (Pro), you can export your tickets, including the signatures, to PDF
