  1. In your Timly account, navigate to the main menu at the top right and click on "Basic Settings". 
  2. From the menu on the left, select "Inventory & Services". 
  3. Scroll down to "Signatures" and choose the appropriate settings, such as "Allow e-signature," "Allow on-site signatures," and "Send signed receipt via email". 
  4. Additionally, you can opt to "Automatically request a signature via email" and "Allow signatures for containers".
