With Timly, you can now efficiently plan and manage your asset-related activities. Define tasks such as maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety checks, and link them to specific assets. This allows you to manage these activities directly in Timly and document the work carried out.

In your Activities Overview, you have a summary of all tasks performed. Additionally, you can filter by specific actions and export records for further analysis.

💡 Why Is This Important?

In various many scenarios, users may encounter issues like damage or malfunction. Beyond repair assistance, equipment might require routine maintenance or inspections to meet safety standards. By scheduling and monitoring tasks and activities, you can effectively manage these processes and document them, especially with the ability to upload documents into Timly.

Moreover, for each activity type, such as maintenance or repair, you can upload supporting documents for your team, like maintenance protocols, repair instructions, and more. This simplifies access to documentation and ensures adherence to proper procedures by your users.

⚙️ How Does It Work?

From your Timly "Inventory & Services" dashboard, go to the "Activities" section located on the left-hand side.
Within the activities overview, use the "Filter" option located in the top-right corner to apply any necessary filters.
To view the details of an activity or to perform additional actions, simply click on the desired activity within the activities overview.
To export your activities data, scroll to the bottom of the activities overview page and click on "Data Export."
